BTS only sell to other businesses and provide a very specialist product. They want to focus on selling external shading to the industry in a country that does not have a large market for their product. They are one of the few companies in the UK doing so.
Specialist Products.
The reputation of BTS in their industry is a positive one. Although the company itself is a small business the products that the deliver are very specialist and unique.
Distributor.
The website also has a section specifically for distributors as many purchase their products for resale. There had to be an area where distributors could access important downloadable literature.

Blind Trade Supplies approached Mandarin for a simple website. They wanted to demonstrate their products but in a simple way.
